If you see the message below inside your online lesson pages, do the followings:
- First make sure you are logging in to Chrome browser with the @gmail.com account that you used when enroll. Check your enrollment confirmation email for the email address that you used,that email account will have access to the videos but not your other accounts. Perform “Switch accounts” if necessary to switch the correct account.
- Allow up to 24 hours for us to process your access after your enrollment (usually it will take much less time). But at any given time, please email info@ascendelearning.com if you are experiencing any issues accessing the lessons or the videos. Please include the following information in your email.
- Your full name
- Email address used when enroll
- Which online class are you enrolled with
- What problem you ran into and date/time when it happened. It would be also very useful to attach a screenshot.
